Road Rally
 
car Who will be the car to complete this scavenger hunt with the best mileage and the most correct answers (FASTEST TIME DOESN'T WIN)? Don't miss this fun filled morning with your friends.  The Senior Class Road Rally will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Breakfast and lunch will be served.  May the best car win!!

PRE-REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY: No one will be allowed to sign up that day.
The following forms must be completed:
  • Rally Registration Form - ONE FORM PER CAR. This form lists the names of those students by car. Each car must have at least one driver and one navigator. All participants must be LHS seniors and must wear seatbelts.
  • Waiver - Every participant must sign a waiver. It must be signed by a parent or guardian and student, regardless of student's age. The driver's name needs to be written at the bottom of this form.

All entry forms, waivers and Entry Fee must be returned to Mrs. O'Leary's  office in a sealed envelope marked “Road Rally” no later than Friday, March 22, 2013. The entry fee is $15 for each participant. Form of payment- cash or check - made payable to LHS HSA Project Graduation.
ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE THEIR LICENSE, INSURANCE AND REGISTRATION CARDS
WITH THEM THE DAY OF THE ROAD RALLY.
