Children will view the SALSA, an award-winning Spanish video collection developed by Georgia Public Broadcasting. The Elementary Spanish Specialist will introduce this video series of familiar fairy tales and will  follow-up with activities to promote second language acquisition.  They will meet with children in grades K-5 once every six days for a forty-five minute lesson.  Related activities developed by the elementary Spanish teachers will be shared with the children on our teacher pages and the district web site.
