KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

All Kindergarten registrations must be done in person and by appointment only.
 
Please choose one of the following methods to obtain and complete a Kindergarten Registration Packet:
  1. Download and complete the Kindergarten Registration Packet (packet may be saved and completed using Word or printed for completion).
  2. If you do not have internet access, obtain a hard copy of the Kindergarten Registration Packet by visiting the Administrative Building, located at 11 Foxcroft Drive, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
 
In addition to the completed Kindergarten Registration and Medical Packet, please provide the following four items:
  1. Student’s original Birth Certificate
  2. Parent/Guardian’s Driver’s License
  3. Original Deed or Tax Bill OR Copy of Lease and Owner Landlord Affidavit Form
  4. Original Utility Bill (current month or one month prior)
 
Completed forms and all supporting documentation must be returned in person to the Administrative Building during your appointment. Detailed requirements regarding entrance ages, proof of residency and other special circumstances may be found by visiting the District’s website.
 
 
Call Amy Ennis at 973-535-8000, x8002 to schedule an appointment.  Registration takes place at 11 Foxcroft Drive, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
 
 
You will be notified of your child's school assignment no later than June 1.
