Supplies for French Class

 

1)      Spanish Binder

Every student is required to maintain a binder specifically dedicated to French class.

a)      What do I need to create my French binder?

ü       1” three-ring binder dedicated to Spanish class only

ü   4  dividers

ü       College-ruled notebook filler paper, 8 ½ x 11, 3-hole punched

ü       A plastic pencil case, pocket or index card holder that will safely store your flashcards in your binder

b)      How should I label my 4 dividers?

ü       Notes,

ü       Activitees,

ü       Devoirs, and Je peux .....

c)      What else do I need to know about my French binder?

ü       Everyday students must properly date each page used (i.e. le 8 septembre 2014)

ü       We will clean out our binders after each marking period

ü       The notebook must always be available and neat in anticipation of a surprise notebook quiz each marking period

 

2)      French-English Dictionary

A paperback dictionary for use in class when necessary & at home is recommended.

 

3)      3”x 5” index cards

Purchase 2 or 3 packs to be kept at home.  We will create flashcards to use in class for activities.  You are responsible to bring the current lesson’s flashcards with you each day.  Keep them in the plastic pencil case, pocket or index card holder that is in your binder.
