MONDAYS - THURSDAYS:This year we will be using MYFOODDAYS lunch ordering online system for lunch Mondays through Thursdays. To order lunch you must set up an account on myfooddays.com.

If this is your first time visiting My Food Days please click on sign up for a new account:

  1. Click Next

  2. Please agree to the terms of service

  3. click whether you are a teacher, parent or guardian

  4. Enter the information required and hit next

  5. After your registration is complete follow the steps to add a children to your account

  6. Once you are complete you can begin ordering lunch for they days you would like

Lunch will now be supplied by Mitola Deli and Il Giacolone on Monday through Thursday.  Pizza lunch on Friday will continue to be provided by Anthony Franco’s.Please note pizza lunch orders are due on September 11th for either 1/2 or the entire year. 

Lunch ordering for Monday - Thursday will now take place from the 1st - 15th of each month for the following month (i.e., order October 1st-15th for November lunch). The only exception is for the months of September and October, ordering will open on Friday, August 24, 2012 and will close on the 15th of September. Once the orders are placed they can not be changed or added until the following month.

The first day of the lunch program will begin on Monday September 24, 2012.  The deadline is a strict one and no late orders will be accepted. Payment can only be made by credit card or paypal, no checks will be accepted. If payment is not made by close of business on the 15th of each months your childs order will be canceled.

 
*We understand sometimes your child will order a food item and after the first taste they decide they do not like it. Now, you have paid for this item for the month and are at a loss. To hopefully help eliminate this problem, we decided to list the different suppliers of each food item so you may, at your expense, have your child taste the food. We hope this information is helpful and that your children will enjoy the selections on the lunch menu!

DRINKS AND SNACKS ARE AVAILABLE DAILY FOR 75$ EACH
In addition, snacks (e.g., pretzels, baked chips, etc.) and drinks (juice, milk and water) as well as ice cream are available for purchase each day through the Fifth Grade Activities committee at a cost of $.75 each. Parents of children in Kindergarten and 1st grades should send the exact change in an envelope clearly marked Snack/Drink Money for their child to use to purchase snacks and drinks.

PTA SCHOOL LUNCH POLICY

Please be advised that the Collins PTA can only provide a lunch to children whose parents have purchased it for them and whose names appear on our daily master list.  By purchasing the lunch, you, the parent or guardian, give permission for your child to eat those foods.  Per district policy regarding allergy concerns, if a child forgets his/her lunch, the PTA is not able to provide them with what is being served. Please make sure that your child has a lunch eat day – either in their lunch bag or purchased through the PTA lunch program.

Please note their are no refunds if school in canceled due to weather, school trips or your child is sick. If your child is not in school due to sickness you have the option to pick up the lunch after 12:00pm.
