*At a special voting meeting on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, the Livingston Board of Education approved a resolution that would move the annual school election from April to November. The passage of this resolution was in response to P.L. 2011, c. 202 which allows school districts to move the date of the election of school board members and public questions to spend in excess of 2% levy cap from April to the General Election in November.
