About the Parent Access, Student Access and Google Apps portals.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS: After receiving your USER NAME (the primary email address in our student database) and PASSWORD, parents/guardians should log into the Genesis Parent Access portal and change, add or delete contact information. Be sure to indicate which contacts should receive our emergency alert messages. At this time we are also asking you to complete any district forms provided for you in the portal.
STUDENTS IN GRADES 6-12: Parents/Guardians were given email addresses for each student in grades 6-12 to be used for all future contact between students and administrators/teachers. Along with this new student email, a reminder of each student's NETWORK ID and their NEW NETWORK PASSWORD were included. After passing along this information, students should log into the Genesis Student Access portal with this new email address and new network password to become familiar with what is available including schedule and assignment information. Along with the new email students will have access to Google Apps. After logging in with this new email and new network password students will have access to Gmail, document creation and storage (Google Drive), calendars, etc. provided by Google Apps.
