heritage!
ESL 1 covers the basics needed for communication. Topics include school vocabulary, family, clothes, food, occupations, body parts, etc. plus basic grammar. ESL 2 recycles the basics and adds more academic content area vocabulary, concepts, textbook reading comprehension, and academic writing. ESL 3 includes all of the above with a greater stress on advanced content area requirements including more challenging reading comprehension activities and varieties of essay writing.
