Big Night on LTV

The Livingston High School TV Studio celebrated 30 years of teaching and producing high school television on Saturday, June 7 with a LIVE 13-hour fundraising telethon.
Tony-nominated actress and Livingston alum (’95) Leslie Kritzer (Hairspray, Legally Blonde, A Catered Affair) served as a host. She recently recalled her LHS years in her acclaimed one-woman show, “A Beautiful Disaster.”
LHS graduates made numerous tributes to the station on Twitter @lhstvtelethon, crediting teachers and the studio for giving them their first break into film and broadcasting careers. Read more in the Alternative Press by clicking HERE.
The telethon was co-produced by the Livingston Education Foundation.
Telethon Crew The telethon included vintage film clips, including Tony winner Nikki M. James (’99), actor Adam Pally (’00), filmmaker Rich Tanne (’03), sportscaster Bruce Beck (’74), actor Jason Alexander (’77), with segments featuring bands, celebrity guests, best programs, and more.
The show was seen on Comcast 34 and FiOS 26 and 28, as well as live streamed on computer and mobile devices.
