I have been a teacher for a long time! I started in Livingston teaching 3rd grade and moved to 4th grade a couple of years later.

I have taught at Riker Hill, Collins and now I am at home in MPE! 
I took time off to raise my own children who are now 17 and 13. We live in Caldwell, NJ. I have been married for 19 years to my husband, David, who is also a teacher in the Somerset Hills School District. 

I also have two cats, Freddy and Reeses. I enjoy reading and running and I am a vegetarian. 

I am currently have my Masters Degree in Literacy from Caldwell University. I am excited to share the latest and best practices in reading and writing!
