2022-2027 Strategic Plan
The LPS Strategic Plan 2022-2027 was presented to the Board of Education on October 18, 2022. It is a comprehensive roadmap for the future, centered on the LPS Portrait of a Graduate. The plan's vision is to foster students who are conscientious friends, independent thinkers, balanced individuals, thoughtful communicators, collaborative leaders, and motivated learners.
The plan focuses on key areas to achieve these goals: Safety and Wellness, Teaching and Learning, Leadership and Governance, Community and Culture, and Finance and Facilities. By focusing on these five pillars, the district aims to continuously improve its educational outcomes and provide students with the skills they need to succeed long after graduation.
