Calling all Forensics Public Speaking Participants.

We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled morning newscasters!

If you participated in any Forensics Public Speaking event at HMS last year
and are interested in making the morning announcements
     please email Mrs. Argen.

All HMS students are welcomed and encouraged
to join one or more of our
     Lunchtime Enrichment Programs.

    Listen to announcements
and check the individual tabs on my teacher page
for starting dates and registration forms.

Students who successfully participated in the Academically Gifted and Talented Program in the Livingston Public Schools last year are automatically invited to continue in the program. Each of these students will receive a letter of information  and permission slip in the mail mid-September and will be instructed to attend a meeting with Mrs. Argen in late September in room 115 during PE/Health. Academic GT class rosters will then be compiled.
All HMS students are considered for the Academically Gifted and Talented program each year. Parents will be notified by mail if their child qualifies for further testing.  Letters with testing/evaluation results and further instructions will then be mailed home.

Any HMS student new to the Livingston Public Schools who was a participant in the Gifted and Talented Program in his/her previous district may be tested to qualify for the HMS GT program; please contact Mrs. Argen with this information. You must provide written documentation.
