It is with great joy and pride that I share with you that Hillside School has been named a 2021 National School of Character! 

We received notice earlier today from Character.org that our application for recertification was approved and are excited to own this designation for another five years.  While the application process was lenghty and even daunting, at times, we were able to successfully demonstrate our profiency towards the 11 Principles Framework for schools.  We thank the members of the staff, and parent and student communities, who participated in this process.  

This designation highlights the school community's collaborative efforts and focus on character education, and we proudly share it with our students' first teachers of character--their families!
