LHS Schedule Change Request Form

Final deadline to request any schedule changes prior to the 2020-2021 school year is THURSDAY, AUGUST 13th. You will be contacted once your schedule change request has been processed by the school counseling department. If you are requesting to add an AP class, please know that you need to have submitted the application and may be put on a waitlist. If you are requesting more than one change, please submit this form for EACH change you are requesting. Click on headline title to complete the form.
