The Arts Council of Livingston is a nonprofit arts coordinating group established by the Township Council to make the arts more visible in Livingston and the surrounding areas. Their goal is to encourage quality offerings in performing and visual arts programs and to act as an informal clearing house for all of the artistic disciplines.
