Today's Summary… 

Morning Meeting -We began our day with an End of Week Reflection (Google Form posted on Google Classroom). Be sure to fill out the form. Ms. V and I care SO much about YOU!

Social Studies- Today we continued one of our final Regions Unit activities. As geographers we are now exploring our OWN state of NJ. We learned about New Jersey’s tourist attractions, special celebrations and state symbols. Today we focused on drafting our poster ideas. We are creating a mini-poster on why NJ should be considered the BEST state in the USA. 

Reading/Writing:   Today we continued researching and drafting for our climate change projects. Be sure to see Mrs.Triana if you need support. 

This week’s homework was:  Read 20 minutes nightly and READ chart due on FRI (4 activities- one per night)  **DUE TODAY!!

Math- Today we continued in our measurement unit. We REVIEWED how to measure using customary units of volume. Today we began with a Math Talk and then completed Indep. Workbook pages 39-40. Be sure to have completed and put in the IN BOX> See GC for a video and example of this concept. 

HW: Continue to review basic multiplication  facts 0-12 

 Science-  Today we continued our Forces and Motions unit.  Today we learned about PUSHES and PULLS  through a video on Generation Genius. We utilized a venn diagram to compare and contrast pushes and pulls. 

**For specials today we had: SPANISH

Word Study- We completed our Sort 49 TEST (chorus also had practice last period today)
