Today's Summary… 

Morning Meeting -We began our day with a Ticket TWOSDay slideshow activity (see GC) and shared our favorite concerts or sporting events we would love to have a ticket to! 

Social Studies- Today we focused on COMPLETING our poster projects on NJ. ***LAST DAY***  To culminate our regions’ studies we created  a mini-poster on why NJ should be considered the BEST state in the USA. 

Reading/Writing:   Today we continued working on our FINAL climate change projects. Be sure to see Mrs.Triana if you need support.  **We also enjoyed the LHS Jazz Band assembly during reading time today AND a fun ZOOM with our FLORIDA PENPALS (meeting face-to-face!!).

This week’s homework was:  Read 20 minutes nightly and complete Notice and Sheet sheet (1 note per evening, due on TR)  **see helpful notes posted on GC

Math- Today we continued in our measurement unit. We learned about metric units of length as we had fun measuring items around our classroom. 

HW: Sheet 

 Science-  NO sci due to double specials 

**For specials today we had: STEAM and PE 

Word Study- We continued Sort 50. This week we are focusing on  comparatives -er, -est , -ier, and -iest at the end of a word. 

HW: 2 BINGO activities OR sentences (your choice!!)-activities due on TR /Test on TR
