Today's Summary… 

Morning Meeting -We began our day by sharing about our weekend fun. It seems like our crew enjoyed the long weekend, sunny days and time with family.  We also discussed mental health month and reviewed the Zones of Regulation and how they can help us monitor our emotions. 

Social Studies- Today we began our FINAL unit on USA Government. We shared our prior knowledge and made connections to our region tour stops. We also watched an intro video and learned the purpose of government is to keep people safe and to help our citizens work together. We are excited about exploring this unit throughout the month of June!

Reading/Writing:   Today we continued working on our FINAL climate change projects. Be sure to see Mrs.Triana if you need support. **Final projects MUST be turned in NO later than TOMORROW!

This week’s homework was:  Read 20 minutes nightly. **See Critics’ Corner Calendar so you know what day you are sharing in June. 

Math- Today we continued in our measurement unit. We learned about metric units of VOLUME. 

HW: MIF sheet  

 Science- NO Sci today due to double specials 

**For specials today we had: STEAM and PE 

Word Study- Sort 51-  to recognize how the suffixes -ness, -ful and -less are added at the end of a word to change its meaning. Today we completed our PRETEST and developed our personalized list. 
HW: 2 BINGO activities OR sentences due on Friday
