    Dear Parents,


     Here is some information that will keep things organized:

    Going Home Folders - Please check each day for papers and school announcements. Envelopes should be emptied and returned each morning with any notes or any other items for the school office.  Information and forms regarding school and PTA activities are available on the Collins website.

    Snack and Lunch - Each should be in a separate bag or box marked with your child's first and last name. Lunch money to buy snacks or drinks needs to be in an envelope labeled with your child's name. Please draw a star on the snack bag so it can be easily identified.  Please send in a nutritious snack such as fruit, yogurt, etc. 

    Allergies - Please let me and Mrs. Gould know in writing if your child has any allergies or food restrictions.

    Specials -  Please make sure sneakers are wore on gym days and Media books are returned on time.

    Dismissal time is  2:40 p.m. For parents of bus children and after care, any day your child will not be taking the bus or attending after care you must send a note to school.
