Dear Harrison Community,
We had a memorable week at Harrison and I am proud of our students, staff, and community! On Thursday night our Harrison Band, Orchestra, and Chorus showcased their commitment to music. Our concert was amazing and I was so impressed with our students. Many of the students just started learning their instruments at the beginning of this year, and to see their progress in the spring is always a joyful experience. Thank you to our music teachers who work so hard to help our students feel the success of using an instrument, including their voices! Chorus, orchestra, and band are available to all 4th and 5th grade students, so if you are interested in joining next year, please look out for future messages.
Our Field Day was again a huge success! A special thank you to Mrs. DeVito and Mrs. Alamorian for organizing a memorable day of fun in the sun with all our students. Thank you to our teachers who make the event fun for all our classes and thank you to all the PTA, class parents, and volunteers who made each event fun for our kids!
Our Spring Picnic is just around the corner! Please look for communication from the PTA about this fun family tradition which will be held at our school on June 13th. We have many upcoming dates, so please check below as the excitement builds approaching the end of the year!
