Freckle
Students can use this website for Reading or Math practice. For reading, students can search through non-fiction articles that interest them. They can then read the article, and answer comprehension questions after. I encourage students to reread at least TWO TIMES before answering questions and highlighting their text evidence in the article.

Wonderopolis
This is a great for reading non-fiction articles. Students can search a topic they wonder, or explore topics that others have wondered about. Some of the articles might contain higher level words/content, but there is a 'Listen' button where the students are able to listen to the article and follow along. Some activties for after reading include listing facts they have learned, writing a letter to a friend about the wonder, or writing a summary.
