• Hi Friends!
     
    I am Mrs. Cummings and I am a Special Education Teacher at Riker Hill Elementary. This is my sixth year teaching at Riker Hill and I could not be happier to be here. The students, staff, and parents at Riker Hill Elementary make this such a special place, and I am so grateful for each and every one of you.
     
    I grew up and went to school in Roseland, NJ and I now live in Jersey City with my husband. I went to Rutgers University to earn my teaching degree, as well as a Masters in Special Education. Some things I enjoy doing in my favorite things to do in my free time are walking around the city and exploring, going for outdoor runs, and reading mystery novels. My absolute FAVORITE thing to do though is TEACH!
     
    I love making my lessons fun, engaging, and collaborative! I am so excited for a year filled with resilience, growth, and adventure!
