Hello 1st Grade Families! 

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! I am thrilled to be your teacher this year in Room 12 and can't wait to see how you grow as readers, writers, mathematicians, scientists and members of our school community! There is so much we will accomplish together. Below is a little information about me and what I am doing when I am not working with first graders. 

This is my fifth full year at Collins. Although I am newer to Livingston, this will be my 17th year in the classroom. I have taught all grade levels K-3 during my time in Boston Public Schools in Boston, Massachusetts and at Uncommon Schools in Newark, NJ.   

My husband and I live nearby with our two young children, Lucia and Leo. When we are not busy in the world of 8 and 6 year olds, you can find us being outside as much as possible.
