    1. Hosts register with LEF 5/23.
    2. Return registration form and Attendee RSVPs with all donation checks by 5/23…Minimum Total for $100.
     
      
    ~All photo/video content must be pre-approved and appropriate for television~

    NO PARTY ‘THANK YOU’ WILL BE AIRED WITHOUT PAYMENT.
     
    HOSTS MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE
    Attendees under 18 must submit a party RSVP with parental/guardian signed media consent (see Party Invitation).
    Hosts agree that no alcohol will be served to anyone under the age of 21.
