I am so excited to be your teacher this year! Here is a little more about me!
This will be my 16th year teaching and my 11th year at Hillside. I have taught every grade level from kindergarten through fifth grade, but my favorite is first grade! I have been a first grade teacher for 7 years! I can't wait to share what first grade is all about with you!
My goal as a teacher is to instill a love of learning. I hope to help students grow to be self-motivated learners, build a sense of community, and learn to make new friends and explore new interests.
At home, I live with my husband, who is also a teacher, my son, Brody, and my daughter, Brooklynn.
