Please remember that reading each evening with your child is a wonderful habit .  It helps your child to stay immersed in literature. 

You can talk about the book with your child.  Talk about the cover, what the story might be about, and talk about the pictures while you are reading.    

Have your child retell the story to you. Write the titles of the books on your monthly read aloud logs!  Have fun reading!!
