If your child has a technical issue with their account or device over the summer, we have setup Helpdesk Support hours throughout the summer as follows:

JULY

Tuesday, July 7 9 to 11 am
Thursday, July 9 1 to 3 pm
Monday, July 13  9 to 11 am
Wednesday, July 15 1 to 3 pm
Tuesday, July 21  9 to 11 am
Thursday, July 23  1 to 3 pm

Please make sure you or your child opens a helpdesk support ticket for the issue, as this will expedite the technician's support. Click here to open a helpdesk support ticket.

Please note the location for ALL helpdesk support will be in the Livingston High School Media Center at 30 Robert Harp Drive. When you arrive at the front entrance of the building, you will need to call the main office in order to be let in (the phone number is posted on the door).
