• Recommendations by the District Technology Committee
    for Implementation of the 1:1 Initiative
     
     
    The following recommendations were made to the Livingston Board of Education on October 5, 2015:
    • During 2015-2016 school year, professional development takes place, existing lessons will be modified to incorporate the use of the technology.

    • Two in-house Tech Coaches have been hired to connect technology with our already powerful curriculum.

    • Technology sessions during the district PD Day at both LHS and HMS October 12, 2015 occur. This is in addition to technology training offered to teaching staff last year.

    • With approval from the Board of Education, the goal would be that students would receive laptops and the 1:1 initiative would be in full effect for the 2016-17 school year starting with grades 7-12. Livingston tech ed
