Elementary Students Compete in Virtual Chorus Challenge

Remote Learning didn’t stop LPS Elementary School Chorus members from keeping the spirit of music alive this spring! Chorus students from all six elementary schools in Livingston participated in a virtual chorus challenge in May and June. Students completed a number of creative tasks to earn points towards successful completion of the challenge. Tasks included: creating a video of themselves singing a song from spring concert repertoire, designing memes and logos for their chorus, reflecting on what they learned as a member of the chorus, listing song suggestions for future consideration, and submitting pictures and videos from previous concerts. Challenge winners earned at least 5 points by selecting tasks to complete, and a number of students achieved Hall of Fame status, completing every task in the challenge. Students will be receiving a special prize for completing the challenge!
