School Hours/Calendars - school hours, bell schedules and academic calendars are posted online. In addition, grading and reporting dates and a testing schedule are also available.
Transportation - The Livingston Board of Education follows State guidelines in providing free transportation for children in grades K-8 who live more than two miles from school and for children in grades 9-12 who live more than 2½ miles from school.
Link to the Transportation DepartmentCall for Safety - this program helps to ensure the safety of our students. Parents/guardians should call the Call for Safety Phone Line and report the student's name, day or dates that the student will be absent or tardy and the reason. Call for Safety phone numbers can be found on each school's website. AfterCare - Livingston Public Schools does not provide an after-school childcare program for elementary school students. The JCC of Metrowest (973-530-3400) program provides transportation to their facility. The YMCA in Livingston (973-992-7500) runs an after-school hours program on the school premises. Please contact either of them directly for more information.
