On February 2nd, while many people were looking at the groundhog (who was looking for his shadow) the staff and students at Harrison School were busy listening. . . listening to the sounds of music that filled the air. Students in the orchestra -- under the direction of Mrs. Vatoci -- in the band -- under the direction of Mr. Palatucci and Mr. Hegedus -- and the chorus -- under the direction of Mrs. Matten -- showcased their talents for the school community in the morning and for family and friends in the evening. The level of musicianship was high, the selections were varied and challenging, and the applause was well deserved. Congratulations to the students and their teachers for another outstanding concert!
