Want to be the best you that you can be? Want to be part of the solution instead of part of the problem where bullying is concerned? Want to be a good friend and be a person of character? Well, then, follow the advice of Ready, Set, Go presenters Joel and Mallory Lunetta, who visited Harrison on October 21. They compared people to batteries -- we have both positive and negative aspects to ourselves, just as batteries have positive and negative charges. The secret is in highlighting the positive and ignoring the negative around us. They modeled how to do that through a dynamic visual and musical presentation which included cartoons, popular songs and familiar movie characters as well as both sport and academic scenarios to showcase how goal setting and creating then following a plan can help us be our best selves. Are you ready? Are you set? Then Go!!!
