For the 12th year in a row, Mitch Weiss and Martha Hamilton (also known as Beauty and the Beast Storytellers), visited Harrison School. After performing for all students and staff on Monday, April 13th, they stayed "in-residence" and worked with the third graders throughout the week, helping them on their journey to becoming accomplished storytellers, ably assisted by Harrison teachers. On Friday, April 17, the students performed for their peers and families, to the delight (and sometimes amazement) of all! To find out more about Mitch and Martha, visit their website by clicking here. To order their books, you can go through their website, or click here for an order form. Any forms returned by Friday, April 24th, will be processed and sent by Mrs. Caulfield. Books will arrive in May. Whether you order books or not, be sure to ask a third grader to tell you his or her story! And take a look at the fun they had:
