• What do Handel, drumsticks (wooden, not turkey!) and snowmen all have in common? They -- and more -- were part of an excellent winter concert featuring Harrison's 4th and 5th graders on Tuesday, January 31st.  Under the outstanding direction of Mrs. Vatoci, Mr. Hegedus, Mr. Palatucci and Mrs. Matten, the orchestra, band and chorus performed with poise and expertise.  The hard work they have put in during rehearsals over the last five months was evident in every piece played and sung. The night culminated with Harrison alumni joining their siblings on stage for what has become a school tradition -- ending the winter concert by singing Hot Cup of Cocoa. Congratulations to all for a job well done!
