• Lions, and tigers, and bears, oh my!  Well, not quite.  Instead, how about a Blue-Tongued Skink , a Honduran Milk Snake, a Tegu, a South American Iguana, and a Catalina Macaw? These were the colorful, tropical inhabitants from around the world that recently visited Harrison School.  Jillian, the presenter from "Wonders of the Rainforest", held these animals for close-up views, while describing their particular personality characteristics, defense mechanisms, and unique abilities. Special thanks to the PTA for sponsoring another top-notch program which reinforces educational curriculum and reminds us of our responsibility to protect our planet.
